The publication is the latest addition to the Illinois Chamber’s HR Compliance Library. “It is with great pride that SmithAmundsen was selected by the Illinois Chamber to create what we believe is one of the most practical day-to-day resources an employer can rely on when managing the most critical areas of the employment process,” said Jeffrey Risch, Chair of SmithAmundsen’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and Lead Author and Chief Editor of the guide.

To help employers avoid costly errors, the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and SmithAmundsen’s labor and employment attorneys composed The Illinois Guide to Hiring and Firing.
